We take great pride in our original designs and ready to wear, jewelry items from all categories and sections on our Bead Charmed Jewelry Ltd. website. All of our items are under the strictest of quality control and inspected prior to shipment.

 

In order for us to maintain our affordable prices, the following return policies are put in place:

Returns are accepted for items damaged through shipping. If your item is received in poor condition, you may write to us at; [email protected], within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, and request a return authorization# with; explanation, including  order #, style#, and date of receipt.

Returns are also accepted if you are simply not satisfied with your purchase. We will assign a return authorization # for full refund if requested by writing to us at : [email protected], within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, including the reason; such as size; color; quality; or other. The refund will be issued once our returns department inspect the merchandise for wear and tear. Worn or damaged merchandise by the use of the customer is NOT accepted for return.

All requests for return authorizations will be reviewed and answered within 7 days of receipt of email. All general requests for repairs can be made, whenever possible, by us, free of charge, upon written request through authorization repair services at: [email protected]. All shipping costs for any and all return merchandise is at the customers expense. Customers requesting repairs will, in addition, be charged shipping fees for re-delivery of repaired merchandise. Any claim for damages, due to shipping will receive a credit for the return shipping costs incurred.
